Our year round growing period allows us to produce fresh garden herbs continuously. Using fresh herbs over dried herbs can elevate the flavor and nutritional value of your dishes significantly. Fresh herbs offer a vibrant and aromatic quality that dried herbs often lack. Their natural, lush appearance also enhances the visual appeal of your culinary creations, making your dishes not only tastier but also more aesthetically pleasing.

The art of propigation is essential to building locally resilient and culturally respected resources. As technology advances, it becomes easier for us to care for and share thee resources. I prefer to include our traditional Hawaiian food plants, but also like to grow what eat, and eat what I grow.
